Amber is the 5th generation in the Kemppel Legacy of Custom Home Building, Land Development and Property Management. She is currently obtaining her Bachelor degree at Walsh University and is excited to continue Kemppel Industries into the sixth generation.

Stephanie M. Cherok

VICE PRESIDENT AND BUILDER

Stephanie grew up in family businesses in the construction industry and in business management. Stephanie has a Bachelor in Accounting and a Masters in Tax. At Kemppel, she combines her passions in Business, Accounting, Business Management and Construction. She also serves on the City of Green’s Board of Zoning Appeals.

A great quality custom homes builder. Very friendly people who answer your questions very quickly. They have nice floorplans and very useful features in their homes. I've talked to other home builders and did not receive as good as an experience as I did with them as I did with Kemppel. If you're in Northeast Ohio Kemppel is the way to go regardless!!!

What can I say? When you buy a new house, no matter what, things go wrong with new construction. What separates this company from others is the speed and manner that problems are address--which is immediate and with kindness. Truly a pleasure to work with Stephanie at Kemppel who I now consider a friend. At every juncture she went out of her way to be helpful always reassuring us about what we were doing and giving us all viable options. While buying/building a new house is always stressful, I cannot imagine a more pleasant and enjoyable process. I would recommend friends and family to choose the builder for new construction--they are trustworthy, fair and always answer your questions immediately, a rarity in modern business.

We had the pleasure of designing and building our custom home with Kemppel. After the first meeting, we knew Kemppel was the builder for us. We think perhaps Kemppel’s strongest area is their great sense of guidance - when to jump in and help when needed, and when to stay out and let the homeowners go their way. Their subs and suppliers join in this effort as well, so the whole team helps deliver a great home.
